A Day Of Shopping
Dec. 11th, 2008 05:15 pmMy Haruhi figma figure came in today. YAY. Except that I'm disappointed, as it turns out it isn't in scale with my Kadaj figure. Too bad. I was looking forward to taking lulzy pics with them. I might anyway, even though she's like two inches shorter than him. xD;
Yesterday Mom and I went to Barrie. First we went to Future Shop, where Mom bought me a cell phone for Christmas. X3 I luff it to bits, even though it's not activated yet and I can't actually have it until Christmas lol. XD;
Then we went to Chapters, where I got a ton of manga. >>; I'm bad. Mom bought it for me though! :3 The Gentleman's Alliance Cross 2 + 3, Loveless 8, Ouran High School Host Club 11, Amazing Agent Luna 1-3 and Air Gear 1 + 2. ~♥ I want to get into The Wallflower as well at some point, but I haven't yet. >>;
After that was Walmart for pants for Mom, then Petsmart where I got pressies for the kitties (catnip mice), bunnies (whicker balls), puppy (treats for teaching him tricks~) and rattie (climb rope/chew bone.) ♥I want to teach Possum awesome bankrobber tricks like "Reach for the sky!" to get him to sit up and wave his paws in the air, and "Bang!" for him to play dead, or "hand over the loot!" to have him go fetch his toys and things like that. XD; *geek*
EDIT: Tonight is b-movie night. Mega Snake and now Mammoth. I wanted to watch Undead but it won't dl properly (or unpack properly, I'm not sure which), and Undead or Alive (because lawl wild west zombies) but I can't find it on Graboid in English, just the German dub of it. .__.;
EDIT #2: OMG, I made peanut butter dainties tonight! ...sort of. I used the fake peanut butter that's made out of soy. But it smells and tastes just like the real thing. The entire time I was making them, every warning alarm in my head was going off, and it was worse when I tasted them after they'd set. ^^; But the Free-Nut Butter (lol) bakes really well, so now I can make peanut butter recipes too! It adds a whole new bunch of things I can bake~! :3
