Axel And The Candy Song
Apr. 20th, 2008 07:32 pmI was bored and browsing random stuff on YouTube yesterday, and came across this. It's a skit from Fanime, "Riku's Journey To Candy Mountain." For those of you who don't understand that right off the bat, have Charlie. Anyway, the KH skit;
Just for the whole audience going "shuuuuuun!" with Sora and Roxas, Axel dancing like an idiot with the Candy Mountain song, and end because THEY STOLE HIS FREAKING HEART. xD;

Okay, here's the explanation. xD; Nate and Tyler went to my highschool (they graduated before me, and my last year was 2003 so it was forever ago), and do all kinds of little short films and stuff. They've put on their own film festivals and won the Barrie one a couple times. In general, Nate is like the funniest person I've ever met.
So, several years ago they wrote/sang/did a music video for "The Orillia Song" (Orillia being the city we live in here). It's become kind of an unofficial theme song for Orillia, and generally most of us get a giggle out of it (I swear Orillia's not actually as hick a city as this makes it look):
Seriously, there are fucking Tim Hortons all over the damn place. Actually, I've worked at two of the ones they show in the video.Sadly. One put me into a complete fucking nervous breakdown.
Incidentally, we don't actually have a Taco Bell anymore. .__.;
Now, another video about Nate and Tyler. The Orillia Song was actually featured on the news here LAWL. XDD;;
( A couple other videos by them that gave me random giggles. Also, Orillia scenery in the BG lol. )
Sadly, they don't have Lampy's Revenge on YouTube. It's one of my favourites. <3
