Glee, Muchly

This gives me glee attacks.
So I'm feeling a bit better today. Yesterday I was just really nauseous all day; today I'm still feeling sick to my stomach, but it's not quite so bad. I might be able to eat something other than oatmeal for supper tonight. Speaking of which, it's almost 7, so I should get on that...
I need to go get a glass of milk.
I feel like doing some sketching right now. Maybe I'll do that later. I should skribble out a couple of pics of Akira, just to see if I can do it and get him right; like, as in the way I see him in my head. I wish I could CG so that I could color some of my drawings sometimes. ;__; Need to finish up my profile for Mal, too... I can't decide what colors I want her to be. Maybe black and purple or something like that.
What colors does the name "Malloren" bring to mind?

Nya! I know what I should draw! A poster-pic of the main characters so far in our RP!
Today I went over to Mom's for a while to do some laundry and chat. When she came to pick me up I'd fallen asleep, so she had to wake me up... and while I was getting my stuff together to go, we chatted about my various animals. Mostly about how big Nanashi and Yuki have gotten. ^^;; Especially 'Nashi... he's a pudgy little bastard. Ahaha...
He's always been chubbier than Yuki, though...

I've started tinkering with the outline/basics of a new character for the IM RPG. The plan is for her not to actually show up in play until later on, but who knows? Sometimes characters just decide things randomly for themselves. ^^;
Anyway! Malloren is a Kirin; a Kirin being a Japanese take on a Chinese mythology. The picture that spawned the idea to use a Kirin character is here. Yay for random devART skimming. >^-^;; That's a very stylized one, though...
Basically, you're looking at an Eastern unicorn. The Japanese version is covered in scales, with a horn that's curved backward, cloven hooves, and the "mane" of a lion. (I think that's about it...) So that's a general idea. They represent luck and prosperity, etc. Mal is going to be a bit more individual than just your average Kirin, but whatever.
Mal is supposed to bring good luck to people, but can't actually actively hand it over. When she does manage to bring someone luck, it seems to draw from her own luck, so she'll spend a time afterward being supremely unlucky herself, until she manages to build up said luck again. What that means is that she's pretty much clumsy and bumbling, but only half the time. ^^;; The other half the time she's graceful and magestic, just like she's supposed to be.
That's about all I've decided so far, but I figure I'm going to be rather pleased with Mal in the end. >^-^
