Oh, Sugar Sugar

senashentaI just had a REALLY bad blood sugar crash. =__=;;
I have them on a regular basis but they're not usually as intense as this one was. When they happen I get headachy and lightheaded, I start shaking and I get the cold sweats. It usually hits me basically out of nowhere. One minute I'm fine and the next BAM. Blood sugar crash. And there doesn't seem to be any correlation between the crashes and my diet or anything.
My Doctor has tested me for diabetes AND hypoglycemia on more than one occasion over the years since I started having the crashes (around 2012/13), even had me carry around a blood sugar test kit and test myself every time I had one for a while to chart the crashes, but everything has come back negative/normal so I have no explanation for wtf is going on there.
Frustrating.
