In The Asylum And Beyond

senashentaSo despite my initial misgivings, American Horror Story: Asylum turned out to be really good and I enjoyed it immensely. Zachary Quinto was spectacular like omg and I actually cried when Jude died which I was NOT expecting. So when I finished it last night I got all ready to start the next season (Coven)... only to discover that the torrent I had downloaded? Yeah. Had no sound in any of the episodes. So I deleted it and re-downloaded it, but same thing. So I was like. Okay. That's fine. Each season is self-contained, I'll just download the NEXT season (Freak Show) and skip Coven for now. But when I got it all downloaded? SAME THING. NO SOUND IN ANY OF THE EPISODES AND I CANNOT FIGURE
OUT WHY. =/
I guess I skip Freak Show, too, and try the next season (Hotel)?? idek I suppose it doesn't matter in the long run because I want to buy them all on DVD anyway but right now I'm really into it and I don't want to go back to Tubi so soon. Boo. :<
Speaking of Tubi, though, AVOID Cocaine Cougar, it is too bad even for ME which is SAYING something. But after Cocaine Bear (which was FANTASTIC, A+ FOUR STARS) did so well everyone is jumping on the Cocaine Train. There's a Cocaine Shark movie on Tubi, too, that I'm pretty much avoiding at all costs at the moment, particularly after watching the first fifteen minutes of Cocaine Cougar. :P
Turns out I do have SOME standards after all, haha.(I did like Bad CGI Gator though, and I'm gonna watch Bad CGI Sharks tonight.)
EDIT: Okay, so I tried to download Hotel and no sound on it either. I think the problem is with the blu-ray rips? But they're basically ALL blu-ray rips?? SO??? The good thing is I can get each season (at least the earlier seasons) SUPER cheap off ebay (about $10/each), so it looks like that's what's going to happen. Oh well. Sorry thepiratebay, it's not your fault. You tried.
