senashenta | MLP Custom: Spades

Yey a G1 custom~ I don't do many of them because I actually like the G3 ponies better. Isn't that terrible? I should be shot. This is my 4th G1 custom; Shimmerwing, Chick-A-Ditty and Ana were all G1, too.

Bah. Anyway.

Spades is made from a G1 Powder. Originally I started making her as a birthday gift for my Mom, but she didn't turn out the way I wanted, so now she's just another resident of my shelves. I'm so bloody picky about ponies I'm making for specific people. >>;

So, she was painted black and given three white socks, then she was rehaired with Platinum White katsilk hair from restoredoll.com. This is because when Mom was little, that was the coloration of her dream horse-- I think it still is. But the socks suck, and I shouldn't have done her from a unicorn, I should have used an Earth pony.

Her necklace is white ribbon with a little charm on it; a hand of cards with the top one showing a spade. Then her symbol is a spade in white, just on one side. Her eyes are dark forest-y green, just because that's the color I decided to paint them.

Mrr. How irritating. I'm gonna start another pony for Mom and see if I can get it done by Monday...
