PIE, Among Other Things

I feel sick... don't know why. Just kind of queasy.

Oh well.

Tomorrow, I'm going to Mom's to bake pie. Mmmmm, pie. Basically, whenever someone in my family wants something baked, they ask me-- so I'm always the one who makes birthday cakes. But this year, my brother wants pie, instead of cake for his birthday. So WHAMO! PIE!

In any case, he wants three pies. Three. Lemon Merangue, Pumpkin, and Key Lime. Now, since lemon merangue pie is a favorite among my family, I'm making two of them... and then, since I was doing all kinds of PIE!baking already, my Step-Dad asked if I could please make him a cherry pie as well. And since one more pie is no big deal, I said sure. ^_^;;

BUT, that's not all! lol.

I'm also making some Broken Glass Torte. Because I bought whipping cream to make it about a month and a half ago, and then never got around to it. ^^; I need to make it before the cream expires.

And finally, we're having chicken stir-fry for supper, which I also have been nominated to make.

TALLY:

I'm going to be busy tomorrow. >^-^;;;

EDIT: All of my edits are photos lately, but I don't care. ^^ I'm having too much fun with this digital camera not to share. Anyway, I took a bunch of cute pics last night and today (including updates for Tohru and Ryu's litters, which I'm photographing every 2 days to keep kind of a progress record for my own interest), and these two were the pick of the litter, so to speak...
