Broken glass torte is my absolute favorite dessert ever. I force ask Mom make it ever year. >^-^;;
Basically, you crush up graham crackers with butter and brown sugar and spread it down in the pan as the bottom/crust (kind of like with cheesecake), then you whip sugar and cream together for whipped cream, and fold in some plain gelatin (to hold everything together), a little bit of pineapple juice, and three kinds of jello (pre-made, cut into little cubes). Then you pour all that on top of the graham crackers and put it in the fridge to set.
So yeah. Jello, tons of whipped cream (with a faint pineapple-flavor) and graham crackers. ^_^ It's awesome. I should send you the recipe so you can inflict it on others...
