Okay! *clears throat* So, way back when Archer and Piper were created, there was originally a third Star as part of their team; Sleeper. The role of Sailor Star Sleeper went to a young woman by the name of Misha Kou; she was very quiet and pleasant and did things in a slow, calm way. She was best friends with Kozue, and Ryoka was in love with her. Then one day, during a youma attack, she was killed, along with a handful of civillians, some of them children. That was the day that Ryoka lost his faith in the Starlights calling; if he could protect innocents, if he couldn't protect children, if he couldn't protect the person he loved, then what was the point? He left Kinmoku and swore he would never go back--Kozue went with him, not because he had lost his own faith, but because Ryoka was his close friend, and he didn't want him to be alone.
...that's the short version. I totally need to write that into an actual fic. ^^;;;
