*giggles* I love them. ^^ They're affectionate as hell, and love being picked up/played with/cuddled; they've never bitten anyone (and given that they're rodents, that's a big deal); they're diabetic (can's have sugar-y stuff) and when they're happy they kind of chirp like birds. ^^;;;

Back when I got them, they were just coming into the pet stores, but they're pretty common now. ^^ You feed them Chinchilla food and take care of them as if they were hamsters, only apparently you're supposed to give them dust baths every coupld of days. ^^;
